Effective date: July 30, 2026
LetterLoom ("we", "the app") is a letter-collecting and collage-making tool for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
We do not collect any personal data. LetterLoom operates entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to any server, and we have no analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
The app requests camera access so you can photograph letters and text in the real world. Camera frames are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. You may deny camera access and use the photo-import feature instead.
The app requests permission to save images to your photo library when you export a collage. This is write-only access — the app cannot browse your existing photos. When importing photos, LetterLoom uses Apple's system photo picker, which does not require or grant the app access to your full library.
Your letter collection, collage projects, and settings are stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data is included in your iCloud/iTunes backups if you have those enabled, but is never accessed by us.
LetterLoom offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited letter storage. Transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
LetterLoom does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external services. The app makes no network requests.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
